Elopement in Porto: Where Modern Meets Classic

This elopement in Porto was a seamless mix of modern elegance and classic romance. Baily and Andrés dreamed of an elopement in a European city filled with history, charm, and romance. When they discovered my work, they knew they wanted me to capture their special day—but at the time, they hadn’t decided on the exact location.

After a conversation about their vision and some inspiration I shared, they fell in love with Porto, Portugal. I was thrilled by their choice because not only is Porto a stunning city, but it’s also my hometown, making this elopement even more meaningful to photograph.

They chose The Rebello Hotel, a modern and beautifully designed venue in Porto, to exchange their heartfelt vows. This relatively new space perfectly matched their vision, offering sleek, contemporary vibes while overlooking the historic charm of the Douro River.

Also, Jenny Makeup Land worked her magic, creating a stunning hair and makeup look for Baily. She looked effortlessly beautiful, with every detail complementing the romantic yet chic vibe of the day.

As they wandered through the city after their ceremony, Baily and Andrés embraced the rich culture of Porto, capturing candid moments among its colorful azulejos, historic buildings, and vibrant streets. The combination of modern and classic elements created an elopement that felt deeply personal, authentic, and full of love. In the end, the photos show the very visible connection between them.
