Travelog #2: A Photographer in the Netherlands – A Little Bit of Work

Some of my work as a photographer and cinematographer during my trip to the Netherlands.

Well, if you came directly from the first part of this travelog, I think you can skip this intro and scroll directly to the gallery below. But if you don’t, here’s what you need to know: in early April I flew to the Netherlands.

About this trip: despite the fact that I went with Helder, my husband, and Mariana, my sister, I ended up doing some work while I was there. If you want to discover my favourite picks and places that I visited, you should check out the first part of this blog post: Travelog #2: A Photographer in the Netherlands – My Picks.

But, if you’re really here to see my work, well you just need to keep scrolling! 🙂

My work as a photographer and cinematographer in the Netherlands

One of the cities I visited during this trip was Amsterdam. And while I was there, I photographed and filmed for Hippa Essentials. This is a fragrances brand that I really like – and for which I have a special tenderness – that I had worked with before. And in case you’re curious to get to know the brand and visit the website, I’ll leave you with the small curiosity that the pictures there were taken by me.

Along with the Hippa Essentials photoshoot, I also did several sessions, specially maternity shoots. When it comes to this kind of sessions, one of the most beautiful parts is the fact that, after the session, I get to keep in touch with the families and watch them grow. Most of the pregnant women I’ve photographed at the moment have already had their babies, and it’s really beautiful to be able to follow this phase.

I leave you with the example of Cissa and Pedro’s maternity session, which included photography and video. And, funny fact: this baby was born last week, so my congratulations to his lovely parents!
